Why the thirty day condition exists

How to claim, step by step
- Write to support. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, quoting your order number. No form to fill in and no phone queue.
- Get the return reference. Support replies within one business day with a return reference and the fulfilment address. Do not send bottles back without one, since unreferenced parcels are hard to match to an order.
- Send the bottles back. Used and unused SodaBurn bottles both go back, empty ones included. Return postage is paid by the customer, which is the one part of the process people find annoying and which is stated here rather than discovered later.
- Refund is issued. Once the parcel is received the refund goes back to the original payment method, usually within five business days, and the bank adds its own settlement time on top.
What is refunded
The product price you paid. Original shipping, where it was charged, is not refunded, and the six digital guides are yours to keep because there is nothing to return. On the three and six bottle SodaBurn packages shipping was free, so the refund is the full amount charged.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
Different process, faster. Photograph the carton and the bottles and email support the same day. A replacement SodaBurn package is sent without asking for the damaged one back, and this does not count against your guarantee window.
What the guarantee is not
It is not a warranty of results, and no supplement can offer one honestly. It is a refund of money if the product did not do what you hoped after a fair trial.
