How your SodaBurn order travels
Orders placed before the afternoon cut-off leave the fulfilment desk the next business day. Average delivery inside the United States is three to six business days, and every carton is tracked from the moment it is scanned.
Shipping costs
The three and six bottle SodaBurn packages ship free within the United States. On the two bottle package shipping is calculated at checkout by the fulfilment partner and shown before you confirm, which is why this portal quotes no figure for it. There are no handling fees added afterwards and no customs charges on domestic orders.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when the label is created. If it has not moved after two business days the parcel is usually waiting for a carrier scan rather than lost, and the desk will chase it for you. Check the spam folder before writing, since tracking emails are the most commonly filtered message we send.
Late, lost or damaged
A SodaBurn parcel that has not arrived after ten business days is treated as lost and replaced, with a claim raised against the carrier on our side rather than yours. A parcel that arrives damaged is photographed and replaced without the damaged bottles being returned, and it does not count against your 60-day guarantee window.
Address changes
Write to [email protected] as fast as you can. Before the label is created an address can be changed in a minute; after it, the carton has to complete its journey and be returned before it can be sent again.
Storing your bottles
Keep SodaBurn upright, capped, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Amber glass exists to protect botanical extracts from light, and a bottle left on a sunny windowsill for a month is working against the packaging. Refrigeration is not needed and is not recommended for the dropper seal.
International orders
This portal serves the United States. Where the checkout partner accepts an international address, delivery times are longer, duties are the responsibility of the recipient and the free shipping thresholds above do not apply.
