SodaBurn refund policy
In force from August 2026. This policy applies to SodaBurn orders placed through esodaburn.com and no other seller.
1. The window
Refund requests are accepted for 60 days from the date of purchase, which is the date shown on your order confirmation rather than the delivery date. The manufacturer asks that the product has been used for at least 30 days before a request is made.
2. Who can claim
The person who placed the order, writing from the email address used at checkout, quoting the order number. Orders bought from a marketplace listing or any seller other than this portal cannot be refunded here, because they were never part of the authorized distribution.
3. What comes back
All bottles from the order, used and unused, including empty ones. The bottles are the evidence that the product was tried. Digital guides supplied with the three and six bottle packages are not returnable and are not deducted from the refund.
4. Postage
Return postage is paid by the customer. Keep the tracking receipt: a parcel that never arrives and cannot be traced cannot be refunded, and this is the most common reason a claim stalls.
5. Processing
The refund is issued to the original payment method once the return is received and matched to its reference, normally within five business days. Your bank adds its own settlement time, commonly a further three to five days.
6. What is refunded
The product price paid. Shipping charged at checkout on the two bottle package is not refunded. On the free shipping packages the refund is the full amount charged to your card.
7. Damaged or incorrect goods
Handled as a replacement rather than a refund, without a return, when reported with photographs within seven days of delivery. This does not consume the 60-day window.
8. Abuse
Repeat claims across multiple orders, or claims on bottles that are not from the authorized channel, may be declined. Nobody has ever been declined for asking politely once.
9. How to start
Email [email protected] with your order number and a line about what happened. You will get a return reference and the address the next business day. The guarantee page walks through the same process in plainer language.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under the consumer law of your state. Where a statutory right is more generous than these terms, the statutory right applies to your SodaBurn order.
