1. What this site is
esodaburn.com is the authorized United States distribution portal for SodaBurn, operated by Grand River Botanicals, LLC. It publishes product information, lot documentation and the current offer, and it passes orders to the authorized checkout partner.
2. Orders
An order becomes a contract when the checkout partner confirms it, not when a button is pressed. We may decline an order that looks fraudulent or that cannot be delivered, in which case nothing is charged.
3. Prices and availability
Prices shown for SodaBurn packages are those in force for the 2026 production run and may change. If an obvious pricing error appears we will contact you before charging anything rather than quietly cancelling.
4. Health information
Everything published here is general education about a food supplement. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace your own clinician. Speak to one before adding SodaBurn to prescription medication, during pregnancy or while nursing.
5. Accuracy
Pages are checked before publication and reviewed at least twice a year. Errors still happen. When one is found it is corrected on the live page, and we would rather hear about it from you than leave it standing.
6. Intellectual property
Text, layout, images and code on this portal belong to Grand River Botanicals, LLC or are used with permission. SodaBurn and its logo are trademarks of their owner. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome; wholesale copying is not.

Links to health databases, the manufacturer and the checkout partner lead to sites we do not control and are not responsible for. They are offered because they are useful, not as an endorsement.
8. Limits
To the extent the law allows, liability arising from use of this portal is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
